Todd David Crockett

Todd David Crockett, age 50 of Carmel, Indiana passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019 in IU Health University Hospital Indianapolis.
Born September 17, 1969 in Bloomington, Indiana, he was the son of Terry and Teresa (Walker) Crockett.
He had been a resident of Ballwin, Missouri for 22 years, formerly of Carmel and was a 1987 graduate of Carmel High School.
Survivors include: Parents: Terry and Teresa Crockett of Carmel;  Sister: Tori (Brian) Crockett Gartz of Naples, Florida;  Grandmother: Erma Walker of Salem and Nephew: Cooper Gartz.
He was preceded in death by Grandparents: Bob and Emma Lou Crockett and Roscoe Walker.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am Monday at Dawalt Funeral Home, followed by interment in Crown Hill Cemetery in Salem.
Visitation: 10 am until the time of the Service on Monday.
