Tammy White Obituary

Tammy A. White, age 54 of Muncie, Indiana passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020, in her residence.

Born August 11, 1966 in New Albany, Indiana, she was the daughter of Richard and Suzanne (Taylor) Blevins.

She had been a resident of Muncie for the last year and a half, formerly of Salem, was a 1984 graduate of Salem High School and received a Bachelors' degree in Nursing from Indiana State University.

She loved reading and being a nurse where she was always caring for and helping others.

Survivors include: a son Justin (Allison) Pirtle of Palmyra; her mother: Suzanne White of New Albany and a sister: Terri Stone of Clarksville.

She was preceded in death by: Her father: Richard Blevins, Adopted Father: Dennis White and 1 brother: Joshua White.

Due to COVID-19, the services will be private.
