Ronnie Callahan

Ronnie Callahan, age 81 of Salem, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021, in his residence.

Born August 20, 1939 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Omer and Getie (Cox) Callahan.

He retired from Tecumseh Products in Salem and was a former employee of Eddie Gilstrap Motors in Salem and the old Carpenter Body Works in Mitchell.

He had been a life resident of Washington County, was a graduate of Salem High School and served in the U.S. Army.

On September 2, 1961, Ronnie married Wynema L. (Nicholson) Callahan, who survives.

Also surviving are: 2 Daughters: Whitney (Mark) Richardson of Brownsburg, Indiana and Amy Brown of Salem; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by 3 Brothers: Ernest, Willard and Randall Callahan and 2 sisters: Faye Cade and Bernice Pitts.

The Services will be Private.
