Martha Louise (Hoke) Sullivan

Martha Louise Sullivan, age 74 of Salem, passed away Thursday January 26, 2023  at Salem Crossing in Salem.

Martha was born July 10, 1948 in Salem, the daughter of the late Oscar and Mary C. (Owens) Hoke.  She was a homemaker and a member of the High Street Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband: Jackie Sullivan of Salem, 2 daughters: Kristi (Stephen) Thompson and Gina (Sam) Hoskins, both of Salem;  4 Grandchildren:  Kendra (Nathan) Risen, Amanda (Emmanuel) Turner, Meagan (William) Carver and Andrew (Laci Barksdale) Hoskins, all of Salem and 9 great grandchildren: Noah, Jonah, Gloria, Samson, Waylon, Joanna, Carter, Odette and Kylo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers: Edward, Paul, Lewis, Kenny and Lucius Hoke and 4 sisters: Mary Hoke, Carolyn Jackson, Jo Ellen Potts and Doris Chesser.

Funeral Service: 11:00 am Monday at Dawalt Funeral Home followed by interment in Mt. Washington Cemetery near Pekin.
Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Sunday and 9 am until the time of the service on Monday.
