John Monroe Dugger, age 64 of Bedford, Indiana passed away Monday, January 31, 2022, in IU Health Bedford Hospital.
Born September 30, 1957, in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Alonzo and Susan J. (Helton) Dugger.
He was a retired toolmaker from Visteon Corporation in Bedford, after 25 years, had been a resident of Lawrence County since 1987, formerly of Washington County and he loved horse racing, casinos and riding motorcycles.
Survivors include Daughter: Michelle Bigelow of Bloomfield, Indiana; Son: Eric Dugger of Bedford; Ex-wife: Cathy (Bledsoe) Dugger; Companion: Ronda Peyton of Bedford; Stepdaughter: Autumn Ray of Bedford; 3 Brothers: Morse Dugger and Willis Dugger of Florida and Larry Hubbard of Salem; 5 Sisters: Maxine Perry of Tennessee, Ruby Pardue of Bloomington, Rosa Lee and Patty Oakley of North Carolina and Faye Droud of Florida; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren on the way.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Francis Dugger and Charles Hubbard and 1 sister: Lorene Stewart.
Funeral Service: Noon on Saturday at Dawalt Funeral Home, followed by interment in Bunker Hill Cemetery.
Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Friday and 10 am until the time of the service on Saturday
