John E. Cook, age 47 of Salem, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023, in his residence.
Born October 29, 1975 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Kenneth E. and Wanda G. (Mauck) Cook.
He had been a life resident of Washington County and was a caregiver.
He is survived by his mother: Wanda G. Cook of Salem.
Cremation was chosen and there will be no services at this time. Arrangements by Dawalt Funeral Home.
