John M. Blevins

John M. Blevins, age 61 of Salem, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021, in St. Vincent Salem Hospital.

Born July 29, 1959 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Jill and Patricia (Williams) Blevins.

He was a self-employed lawn care worker and had been a life resident of Washington County.

He is survived by his sister: Peggy M. Blevins of Salem.

He was preceded in death by his brother Randy and sister Ruby Allen.  

Funeral Service: 11:00 am Tuesday at Dawalt Funeral Home, followed by interment in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Monday and 9 am until the time of the service on Tuesday.
