Obituary
Jason Wayne Standiford, age 46 of Pekin, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022.
Born April 23, 1976 in Salem, Indiana at the Salem hospital, he was the son of Kenneth Bruce and Susan E. (Sullivan) Standiford.
He was an employee of Frank H. Monroe Heating and Cooling in New Albany.
He loved working on cars, hunting, but most of all he loved doing things for other people. If you couldn’t count on anyone you could always count on Jason. He loved his 3 children and would do anything in the world to help them and make sure they have what they needed.
On September 2, 2000, he married Angela E. (Walton) Standiford, who passed away June 11, 2006.
Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Taylor Standiford (Smith) and Torrie Standiford of Pekin and 1 Son: Tyler Standiford of Pekin; Parents: Bruce and Susan Standiford of Pekin and 1 Brother: Jefferey Standiford of Pekin.
He was preceded in death by his In laws: Diane and Ed Walton and Grandmother Anita Sullivan
Funeral Service: 1:00 pm Wednesday at Dawalt Funeral Home, followed by interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
Visitation: 10am to 1pm Wednesday.
