Galen Gilstrap Obituary

Galen T. Gilstrap, age 66 of Salem, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020.

Born January 13, 1954 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Otto and Lois A. (Box) Gilstrap.

He had been a life resident of Washington County and served in the armed forces in the U. S. Marine Corps.

Survivors include:
2 Sons: Harley and Waylon Gilstrap of Salem;
2 Daughters: Jessica Gilstrap of Jeffersonville and Kaitlyn Lamb of Salem;
1 Sister: Tia Hatcher of Pekin; 1 Brother: Tony Gilstrap of Salem and 7 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: 4 brothers: Rodney, Nicky, Lonnie and Lannie Gilstrap and 2 sisters: Christy Elaine Gilstrap and Cindy R. Smith.

Cremation was chosen with services at a later date.
