Allen Duane Rice

Allen Duane Rice of Salem, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 5:55 am, at the age of 36 years, 1 month and 8 days.  Born May 6, 1975 in Dallas, Texas, he was the son of Kenneth and Henryette  (Zabonik) Rice.    He married Dec. 1, 1995 to Shelley Denise (Shguit) Rice, who survives.  He was an employee of Fabri Form of Indiana in Pekin,  attended Salem Agape Ministries and served in the Armed Forces as a Private 1st Class in the U.S. Army.        Survivors include: 2 Daughters: April Denise Rice and Breawna Danielle Rice of Salem;   Mother: Henryette Clark of Kaufman, Texas;   Father & Stepmother: Kenneth & Vivian Rice of Salem,;  1 Sister: Amanda Rice of Salem; 4   Brothers: Clifton Rice of Kaufman, Texas,  J. J. Dry of Ft. Benning, Georgia and Mike and John Rice of Salem.    

Funeral Service: 11 am Saturday at Dawalt Funeral Home.  

Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Friday and after 9 am Saturday.  Interment at Crown Hill Cemetery in Salem.
