Mark Wayne Hobson

Mark W. Hobson, age 62 of Salem, Indiana passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 1:55 pm, in his residence.
Born April 11, 1956 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Lloyd R. Hobson and Rowena (Gipson) Hobson.
He was a retired teacher with the Floyd County Community School System for 25 years and also taught at the Salem Community Schools. 
He had been a life resident of Washington County and earned a Bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University
He was currently the Treasurer of the Washington County Democrat Party.   
Survivors include: 
Brother: Kim Hobson of Salem, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Randy Hobson.
