Born October 31, 1955 in Salem, Indiana, she was the daughter of Victor and Ellen M. (Pennington) Rudder.
She had been a resident of Louisville since 1973, was formerly of Salem and was a 1973 graduate of Salem High School and a volunteer for the Fund for the Arts.
Survivors include: Parents: Victor and Ellen Rudder, Salem; Brother: Richard Rudder, Columbus; Sister: Sherry Rudder, Salem.
Graveside Service: 1:00 pm Tuesday at Crown Hill Cemetery
