James D. Nale

James D. Nale, age 61 of Salem, passed away Monday, October 21, 2019 at 8:18 am, in his residence.
Born September 27, 1958 in New Albany, Indiana, he was the son of James Franklin Nale and Doris (Stiner) Nale.
On August 17, 1984 he married Karen R. (Martin) Nale.
 He was a computer programmer and retired employee of Farm Bureau in Indianapolis and attended West Side Baptist Church.
Survivors include:
Wife: Karen R. Nale of Salem; Daughter: Angela Willard (Joshua) of Indianapolis;  Son: David Nale of Aurora, Colorado;  Parents: John & Doris Stiner of New Albany;  Sister: Debbie Strunk of Sellersburg;  2 Brothers: Charles Nale of Kentucky and Edward Stiner of Little York;  2 grandchildren.   Abigail Snyder and Corey Smith; 10 nieces and 8 nephews. 
He was preceded in death by his father, James Franklin "Bob" Nale and his grandparents: Ralph and Freida Stucky. 
Funeral Service: 1:00 pm Friday at Dawalt Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Carty officiating.
Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Thursday and 9 am until the time of the service on Friday.
Interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
